Automatic water spray sterilization retort is widely used in water

2.Introduction to Automatic water spray sterilization retort;
The pot body is made of SUS304 stainless steel:
--Adopts a double-door vertical hydraulic upper door structure
--Each kettle has a cage

3.Peiyu sterilizer advantages description:
1) Improve sterilization efficiency and eliminate the dead point of
the sterilizer
The water in the hot water tank is kept at a certain temperature,
and atmospheric pressure and high temperature water are used for
exhaust, thereby shortening the sterilization time, improving work
efficiency, eliminating the sterilization dead point, and ensuring
that the sterilization F value is qualified.
2) Save energy and reduce production costs
Cooling water and high temperature water can be recycled during the
sterilization process, saving energy and time, and reducing
production costs.
3) Double-layer protection and advantages of the door opening
structure
In order to prevent serious consequences caused by the failure of
the induction switch, our company uses double induction to ensure
the safe operation of the door opening and closing.
4) Automatic control stability
Since the sterilizer is in a high temperature and high pressure
state for half of the time during the working process, this will
cause some automatic control components to fail. Our company uses
imported pneumatic control valves and instruments, and adopts a
unique control method, which greatly enhances the stability of the
sterilizer, ensures the smooth sterilization, and reduces product
losses caused by the failure of automatic control components.
5) Convenience of automatic control system
The sterilization process is controlled by PLC. If it is switched
to automatic control mode, no manual operation is required. All
time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves.
A paperless recorder is used to record the pressure, temperature,
and time data during the sterilization process. The historical
sterilization data can be stored for a long time and can be
imported into the computer for storage and data analysis. This is
more conducive to the analysis and judgment of the sterilization
process, so as to better control the sterilization process and
improve the sterilization quality. Once necessary, it can be
retrieved at any time, which is conducive to product quality
traceability. Both pressure and temperature can be displayed on the
touch screen in digital mode. The touch screen is used for touch
control. The sterilization formula can be edited at any time
according to the sterilization requirements (more than 500
sterilization formulas can be stored in the computer, which can be
saved and retrieved at any time).
6) Advanced thermal distribution test instrument
Our company has an advanced thermal distribution visual meter that
can be tested for customers to ensure the effectiveness of the
customer's sterilization process.

a 24-month warranty; during the warranty period, our company will
provide users with free spare parts and timely and effective
